Neriman Georges respects the privacy of your personal information as a visitor to the website and is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronics Documents Act (CA) (together, the ‘Acts’) the Data Protection Act 2018 (UK) and the General Data Protection Regulation (together, the ‘GDPR’) and other laws which may be enacted to protect your privacy from time to time.
All personal information held by us will be governed by our most recent Privacy Policy, posted on the website. We will post any changes to this Privacy Policy on the website, including taking into account new laws, regulations, practices and technology. Please check this Privacy Policy for updates from time to time. In addition to the Privacy Policy, there may also be specific and additional privacy provisions that apply to certain sections of the websites and/or your interactions with Neriman Georges – you should read and consider these wherever they appear. In the event of any inconsistency between this Privacy Policy and the specific provisions, the specific provisions will apply.
Products
Each product in our e-boutique is made to order in our Melbourne studio. We will dispatch your order within two weeks of receiving your order unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Products may differ slightly from the images shown on the website. This may be caused by your display settings on your computer/device. Sizes and measurements are approximate only.
Price and Payment
The price of the products will be the price quoted on the website at the date the order is received. Ownership of the products will pass onto the customer at the time the payment is made. Future sale prices cannot be deducted from earlier purchases.
Returns and Exchanges
For any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to make a return you have 14 days, from the date of delivery, to let us know about returning the package in its original packaging with original tags and labels attached.
Items that have not been returned in their original packaging with tags and labels missing or have been worn/washed, have any perfume or body odour will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. We cannot accept any faulty returns if the care instructions have not been followed. We do not provide return labels.
To return your order please email through the contact page or at nerimangeorges@gmail.com with the subject "RETURNS".
All refunds will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. You will receive a notification via email once the reimbursement has been made.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties charges or the return shipping fees. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes for all orders and returns.
Products purchased from a Neriman Georges stockist, must be returned to the stockist from where they were purchased and are not managed by the Neriman Georges e-boutique.
Once we have shipped the order and provided tracking information we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend that customers return their items using a tracked postal service and to notify us when doing so.
No returns or exchanges for any items sold at discounted price or on sale.
Shipping
As each product in our e-boutique is made to order, your product will be dispatched within two weeks of receiving your order unless otherwise stated in the product description. Customer will receive an email notification when the product is dispatched.
Neriman Georges works in conjunction with Shopify, Sendle and AusPost shipping services to deliver your products to you. Shipping times are determined by the shipping company and customers location. Neriman Georges are not responsible for any delays in you receiving your order through the shipping stages and advise that you track your parcel’s journey using the tracking number that would be provided.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us. If the order has not been dispatched we will process your refund immediately. If the order has been dispatched you will need to return the product(s) as standard once received.
